Take Fatigue Seriously and Get Yourself Balanced Again
Last modified 1 month, 1 week ago.
Is a life without coffee, caffeine, or stimulants unimaginable to you?
Are you tired all of the time or always feeling run down?
Raymond Francis, a health-and-nutrition author and lecturer, stressed the importance of taking fatigue seriously. It is a primary sign that there will be health troubles down the road one day.
You can have “normal” blood work results and still be tired all of the time. It does not matter if it shows up in your blood work or not. Take fatigue seriously.
Work on the six pillars of health: sleep, mindset, breathing, hydration, nutrition, and movement. Get yourself balanced. Get yourself waking up feeling pretty damn good and ready to have a great day. That’s not a far-fetched idea. It is really possible, no matter how much modern busy people cannot get through the day without 2 or 3 cups of coffee.
One of the first signs of poor health is fatigue. Don’t ignore it. Get yourself back in balance. It feels amazing. You deserve that.
