Work Experience
Since 2018, I've worked thousands of hours coaching (both paid and unpaid) in different gyms throughout the country (San Diego, Orlando, New York City).
As of late 2025, I am not currently working for or utilizing any specific facility. However, I will always be a fitness professional, and am available for coaching, training, and instruction. Contact me here.
References
I have worked with or under a range of successful and competent coaches and trainers, professional athletes, sporting champions, record holders in weight lifting, and trainers with decades of experience. They would be happy to serve as a reference, if requested/needed.
Educational Interests
To go along with my formal education, I have read 100s of books and 1000s of pages of research. I strive to develop and maintain a strong knowledge of human anatomy and movement mechanics. I believe this is vital to being a legitimate fitness professional and asset to others.
