Let me introduce myself and this site!
First, let me tell you why I know what I am talking about. Not bragging, but you should know that you have a real health & fitness ally here. I am a resource that you can trust.
I am Daniel Sanchez, a health & fitness coach based in New York City. I’ve been involved in health & fitness for over 25 years. Besides the many books, research papers, and articles I’ve read and studied, I also completed both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees at the University of Tampa in exercise and nutrition sciences.
I know this health & fitness world well.
I’ve worked with hundreds of people and spent thousands of hours helping people, probably like you, train more safely, maximize their time in the gym, and get the positive results they want.
I also live this. Health & fitness is truly my passion. Being in New York, training at one of the best gyms around, and being a coach, is my dream job.
Since I was a sophomore in high school I wanted to be a health & fitness coach. I wake up every day wanting to work and help people get better.
And if you are an athlete who needs to make serious gains in performance, I can help you, as well. Sports was always my first love. Resistance training, done right, can be like medicine for your joints and body–not to mention making you more resilient to injuries.

Cost: A consultation is $65 per hour.
I do recommend emailing me ahead of time a few sentences about what your needs and concerns are. I’ll then be prepped and ready to get as much done as we can in the hour.
Afterwards, you’re welcome to drop me a line (postcard) with questions about your consultation during the following month.
There is no need to keep second-guessing yourself or spinning your wheels.
You can get yourself on track and back to making progress with a one-hour focus session where we deep dive into your concerns.
